• If you hold a VIP ticket, the PA ticket is still free (VIP upgrade only applies if required)

How to apply

• Do not purchase a ticket for your PA/Carer

• Tickets are issued manually once eligibility is confirmed

• Tickets booked in error cannot be refunded

• Proof of eligibility (see below)

Payment plan guests

PA/Carer tickets are issued after your balance is paid in full. Please email us once your final payment has been completed.

Carer tickets are not issued to parents or guardians of guests aged 17 and under.

All under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult holding a full-price adult ticket, regardless of access needs.

Accessible Tent Camping

To register, email info@25eightevents.com with:

• Event name

• Booking name

• Ticket booking reference

• Size of your party

• Number of tents

• Arrival date

• Contact details

• Any specific access requirements

• Proof of eligibility (see below)

Once received, we’ll confirm your registration.

Accessible Campervan / Motorhome Camping

To register, email info@25eightevents.com with:

• Event name

• Booking name

• Ticket booking reference

• Vehicle type and registration

• Number of vehicles and cars

• EHU or Non-EHU

• Arrival date

• Contact details

• Any specific access requirements

• Proof of eligibility (see below)

Please note:

Campervans with EHU cannot be located inside the accessible campsite due to power limitations. We will allocate the closest possible pitch to accessible facilities within the main campervan field.

Please provide one of the following:

• PIP (Personal Independence Payment)

• DLA (Care and/or Mobility)

• Letter from a GP or healthcare professional

• D/deaf or blind registration

• Access Card, Nimbus Card, or equivalent (+1 symbol)

The site is largely flat and wheelchair accessible.

Please be aware:

• The arena is on grass

• Some areas may be uneven depending on weather conditions

We’ll confirm details of wheelchair viewing platforms closer to the event.

Accessible parking is available.

On arrival:

• Inform stewards that you require accessible parking

• Please bring your Blue Badge for verification

Standard car parking charges apply, including accessible spaces.
