There is no age limit to the festival; however, you will require a form of ID to purchase alcohol if you look under 25. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

No, unfortunately, NO FOOD OR DRINK CAN BE TAKEN INTO THE EVENT ARENA. With the exception of sealed bottles of WATER and BABY FOOD. An empty container to fill at our free water points is also welcome. We have a wide range of food vendors within the main arena.

You’re welcome to bring a small camping chair/stool to sit on. Small tents and umbrellas are permitted on site. No Gazebos or tents allowed in the main arena.

Yes, you can bring as much food as you like with you into the campsite.

Alcohol can ONLY be taken into the campsite; no alcohol can be taken into the main arena.
You may bring alcohol into the campsite up to:
18 x 440ml cans of lager/cider/beer
OR
18 x 250ml cans of premix spirit drinks
OR
4 litres of boxed wine
OR
6 litres of cider/lager/beer in plastic bottles or metal kegs
Plastic or glass-bottled spirits are not allowed.
All alcohol must be brought with you on arrival at the festival. There is NO RE-ENTRY with alcohol. For safety reasons, no glass can be brought on site. No opened bottles can be brought onto the site – you can bring sealed plastic bottles of water or soft drinks. Any open bottles will be confiscated on entry to the festival. Alcohol is for personal consumption only. 18+ only, ID checks may take place upon entry; those found to be under 18 will have alcohol confiscated.
You may bring as many soft drinks as you please into the campsite, NOT the main arena.

Please contact us if you haven't received your booking confirmation. The most common reason is that you have typed in your email address incorrectly on your order. All booking confirmations are sent to the Ticket Buyer's email address. Please email info@25eightevents.com if your digital ticket can't be found.

No, tickets can be downloaded onto any smartphone; however, tickets can be printed out if you do not have a smartphone. We do advise printing your tickets for fast scanning.

All tickets are non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where the event is cancelled due to our fault and cannot be rescheduled.
Tickets may be sold or transferred to another person. Many of our guests choose to do this via platforms such as Facebook groups, Tixel, or Twickets.
For guests on a payment plan, the plan can be cancelled to prevent further payments; however, any payments already made are non-refundable.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

A child's ticket is for ages 6 - 17 only. Any child under the age of 6 is free and does not require a ticket. All children need to be accompanied by a paying adult.

We're afraid no dogs are allowed on site, with the exception of guide dogs.

We cannot guarantee pitches can be saved, if you wish to camp next to each other, we advise arriving together.

No, all cars must stay in the car park for safety reasons.

Coal bbq’s and disposable bbq’s are permitted as long as they are raised off the ground when in use and fully extinguished after.
We also allow gel-based fuel (such as Greenheat Base Camp Cookers), solid fuel stoves, firelighters, and firelighter stoves. We will accept any solid fuel, i.e. coal, wood, etc.
No gas fuelled bbq's or gas camping stoves are permitted.

Yes, you will need to purchase a caravan/campervan pitch pass. You are welcome to bring an awning for your van but no separate tents, tents and caravans/campervans must be kept separate. Gas bottles are permitted if fully fitted within the caravan/campervan. No portable gas bottles, canisters or similar are permitted. This also applies to motorhomes and trailer tents.
Important: Everyone staying in the vehicle will need a weekend camping ticket to enter the event.

Yes, but these are an additional cost and only for caravans/campervans guests. Please select the hookup pitch ticket option at checkout.

No, general camping are not permitted into the Caravan / Campervan area. For safety and logistical reasons, guests staying in the main campsite and the campervan field are not able to move between the two areas. There are only two access routes: through the main arena, which will be closed at certain times, or via a narrow, unlit road, which would be unsafe after dark.

By purchasing a ticket to the festival or attending sessions at the festival, you acknowledge that photographs and moving images may be taken by or on behalf of us as well as by other members of the public and that your image may be included either deliberately or accidentally in such photographs and moving images.

Yes, a small umbrella is permitted. No gazebos are allowed into the arena.

No alcohol can be brought into the event arena. Searches will take place at the gate, and alcohol will be confiscated. However, we do have fully licensed bars inside the arenas.
